 Rally

 Rally is a fairly new addition to Ireland! While there are not many competitions held yearly we try to support the ones which are if they do not collide with other show entries! We now have 10+ dogs who have competed in Rally from Levels 1 - 4.

Agility

 We enjoy to train and compete in Agility across Ireland and UK under multiple organisations (FCI / IKC, UK KC & IADSA). We have competed in agility with Tarot, Vibe and Tease, however our most regularly seen dogs in the agility rings make their appearance with their Guardian home Emma O'Hare who regularly attends shows with Salsa, Gambit and Relic!

Hoopers

We also train in additional sports such as Working Trials, Mantrailing, scentwork, but we have either not yet titled dogs in these disciplines or there are not yet options to compete in Ireland. There are not many opportunities to add titles to a dogs name in Ireland through sport. 

 Working Dogs

We own our own herd of sheep which allows us to do instinct tests on the puppies and young dogs, as well as work on some basic skills with our most promising adults. I also work on a large dairy farm where the Mudi have the opportunity to come to work with me to help with the moving of the cattle which is a huge benefit! We are self taught in herding and always eager to learn more on effective working techniques.

There are no NHAT tests or herding trials for breeds outside of border collies held in Ireland at this time.

Meet The Breeds & Demonstrations 

The Regerastace team, both Komondor and Mudi have participated in official Meet the Breed events, breed parades, grooming stands and demonstrations every year from 2016. We love the opportunity to let people meet our wonderful breeds and educate on the kind of homes which suit them best!

2016-2026 Pet Expo Events

Yearly we attend the official Pet Expo Event on the Breed Stand at its events in Dublin and on the occasions when one is held in Belfast.

Therapy Work

A number of our dogs also partake in Therapy Work, visiting schools, hospitals, nursing homes and events. Temperament and environmental soundness is of huge important to us, so we are always delighted with the opportunity to let our dogs brighten the days of others.

We are so lucky to have had people from all around the world trust in us! We have dogs in Show, Sport, Working and Pet homes. Our puppies have found their homes in every corner of the word including Ireland, UK, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Singapore, USA, Canada and more!
